1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 476bd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 476bd. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 476bd platform, including users who access the platform through a mobile browser, users who create an account, and users who place bets, play casino games, or engage in any other activity offered on the platform. These terms are written in English and govern in English in all circumstances.

2Eligibility

To register and use an account on the 476bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 476bd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and third-party agents may not register an account on another person's behalf.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has previously requested exclusion from the 476bd platform. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure and cannot be reversed by re-registering.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a gambler or in connection with any syndicate, professional wagering organisation, or matched betting service.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 476bd may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment method.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 476bd platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. When registering, you are required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be used for account verification and security purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 476bd support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact support at [email protected].
• 476bd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched account and payment details may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.
• 476bd may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

476bd reserves the right to close or merge duplicate accounts without prior notice. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided and the account balance will be returned to the net deposit amount before account closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

476bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit imposed by 476bd, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 476bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the deposited amount returned to the source account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
• 476bd may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawals above a threshold amount. Processing times for withdrawal requests are typically within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 30 minutes to 4 hours for bank transfers.
• 476bd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers including bKash, Nagad, and banks may apply their own transaction fees. These third-party fees are outside the control of 476bd.

In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, chargeback, or payment reversal, 476bd reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, freeze the associated balance, and reverse any winnings attributed to the disputed deposit. 476bd cooperates fully with payment providers and relevant authorities in fraud investigations.

5Bonuses and Promotions

476bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer details. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms, and all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.
• 476bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to an eligible player's account will remain subject to the original offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds in your account are tracked separately. In circumstances where both are present, real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. 476bd reserves the right to remove erroneously credited bonuses from any account at any time, including after they have been partially or fully wagered.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process, or used to place bets that are excluded under the specific offer terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count towards satisfying the wagering requirement for a bonus.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 476bd platform — including live casino games, RNG slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of each respective game as provided by the relevant certified game studio or sports data provider. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager.

• The use of any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings voided.
• Collusion between players — including deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any form of chip dumping — is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• In the event of a technical fault or game malfunction, 476bd will void the relevant game round and return all wagers for that round. 476bd is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions to live casino streams, sports data feeds, or platform connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, display errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected platform error will be voided regardless of the amount.

476bd reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has already concluded, or placed at incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

7Sports Betting Terms

476bd offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — as well as on football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as made available on the platform. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity on the platform.

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your bet slip before confirming a wager. 476bd will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis that it was placed in error by the player.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. 476bd is not liable for odds changes that occur between the moment a player initiates a bet and the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. A bet is only binding when the system issues a confirmation.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold required for bets to stand (as defined per sport on the platform), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are stated in the sports betting help section.
• Suspected match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation detected in connection with a bet on the 476bd platform will result in the immediate voiding of that bet, account suspension, and referral to the relevant sports integrity authority.

8Responsible Gaming

476bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gambling is an entertainment activity intended for adults aged 21 and above. It should not be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a solution to financial difficulties. • Deposit limits allow you to cap the amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict your access to the platform for a period you select — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you may not deposit, place bets, or access the casino.

9Account Suspension and Termination

476bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the fair use gameplay rules.
• Your account has been identified as being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. 476bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or during a KYC verification process.
• You have requested account closure voluntarily, or you have activated the self-exclusion feature from within your account settings.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not attributable to the player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 476bd platform — including but not limited to the platform design, layout, graphics, software, text, logos, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of 476bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 476bd.

Game content, including game graphics, soundtracks, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studio (for example, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt). 476bd licenses this content to deliver it to players and holds no ownership claim over third-party game content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 476bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 476bd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 476bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

476bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the 476bd platform is protected by SSL encryption. 476bd does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
